As part of Timișoara Days, Guitar Day begins with a vibrant urban activation. Dozens of guitarists from the Pune Mâna pe Chitară community come together in one of the city's most iconic landmarks—Liberty Square—turning the public space into a unique open-air stage as they perform a shared repertoire.
This collective moment is an open invitation to everyone who believes in the power of music to transform places, bring people together, and inspire new generations of artists.
The event embodies the spirit of the Pune Mâna pe Chitară community—collaboration, participation, and the joy of making music together. It also serves as an opportunity to strengthen Timișoara's local guitar community, inspire new participants, and demonstrate how music can activate urban spaces and build meaningful connections between people, regardless of age or musical experience.
