IMAGINE.SOUND.'89 . 7th Edition: Manifest opens with “MANIFESTS in the City”, a placard-making workshop adapted and facilitated for the beneficiaries of the Dr. Aurora Heim Day Center. The activity is coordinated by Claudia Bucsai, head of mediation together with r Mădălin Mărienuț, exhibition curato and aims to introduce participants to the project's themes: the memory of the 1989 Romanian Revolution and the role of images in public space. Drawing on the outcomes of the analogue photography workshop from the previous edition, led by Constantin Duma and students of the Emanuil Ungureanu Technical College, participants will create their own manifesto placards and visual compositions using collage techniques. The workshop provides an accessible and inclusive space for artistic expression, where each participant contributes to the construction of a contemporary collective memory.
