We invite you to discover one of the most significant landmarks in Romania’s recent history: the Reformed Church in Maria Square, the place where the Romanian Revolution of December 1989 began. During the visit, participants will learn about the historical context, the role of Pastor László Tőkés, and the events that transformed an act of solidarity into a movement that ultimately led to the fall of the communist regime. Visitors will have the opportunity to hear the stories behind these decisive moments and step into the very place where the spark of freedom was ignited.
