The Alternative Sports Club, together with its partners CSEI Constantin Pufan and Muntele Mic Extrem Association, invites you to an event dedicated to those who believe that inclusion is not an abstract ideal, but a concrete and constant effort, built step by step through trust, perseverance, and community.
Through collaborators and instructors who have shown passion for what they do, CS Alternative supports initiatives that give all children — including those with special needs — the chance to discover what adventure, courage, and the joy of success mean, even in contexts that might initially seem inaccessible to them.
We know that the true strength behind these stories comes from the people directly involved — passionate instructors, volunteers, families, and children who, together, form a community that redefines the idea of what is possible. That is why we invite you to join us in honoring them and to witness what it means to dedicate your time, energy, and skills to teaching children something you truly love.
During the event “Generația vârfurilor depășește nevoile speciale”(The Generation of Summits Overcomes Special Needs), we will screen several short films showcasing indoor and outdoor climbing activities from over the years, as well as premiere the documentary
„10 ani de zâmbete pe schiuri”(10 Years of Smiles on Skis) – a story about how sport becomes the universal language of trust and inclusion.
Among those who bring meaning to these projects is Ciprian Gaica – coordinator of the junior climbing team and one of the people who turns every day at the crag or on skis into a captivating story. Together with him, you’ll discover how children with special needs have reached both real and symbolic summits, despite the challenges that disabilities can bring.
The event is part of the project "Generația Vârfurilor: tot mai sus !"(The Generation of Summits: Higher and Higher!) and is funded by the Municipality of Timișoara through Sport Club Municipal, and hosted in partnership with the West University of Timișoara.
