FITT invites you to a program of pop-up artistic interventions taking place in public spaces as part of City Celebration, through which Youth Summer Fest encourages young people and the community to actively participate in creative and intercultural processes. The program includes screen-printing workshops, the creation of a participatory mural dedicated to human rights, a texture city hunt, as well as a photographic treasure hunt using disposable cameras. The activities promote freedom of expression, cultural participation, urban mobility, and the right to leisure, transforming the city into an open space for dialogue, civic engagement, and creativity.
Timis County Youth Foundation (FITT) is an umbrella organization representing 29 youth organizations and managing the Youth House in Timișoara, the only youth center in Romania certified by the Council of Europe. FITT develops educational, cultural, and civic participation programs for young people, promotes human rights and active citizenship, supports youth-led initiatives, and contributes to the development of youth policies at both local and European levels.
