The events kick off on August 17 in I. C. Brătianu, with a concert by Barbarossa Samba Group, the first percussion and samba band in Romania. Founded by Felix Mircea Moldovan in 2012, the 15-musician band brings energy and color through spectacular rhythmic moments and dynamic choreography.
