On Timisoara Day, we invite you to an evening of film and conversation that brings to the forefront one of today's key issues: mental health. As a prelude to the local edition of the One World Romania International Documentary Film and Human Rights Festival (taking place from October 9 to 12, 2025 at Cinema Studio), we are organizing a special screening of short films and an open debate.

The evening's program includes three powerful and moving films:

  • "My Sister" by Mariusz Rusiński (Poland)
  • "Lord, make the lion a dollar" by Valentin-Rareș Fogoroș (Romania)
  • "Simply Divine" by Bogdan Stamatin and Mélody Boulissière (Romania / France)

The films will be screened with English subtitles and will open a space for reflection on how we relate to our inner emotions, fragilities and resources.

The event is organized in partnership with the Association LOGS - Social Initiatives Group, a long-standing partner of the festival, and focuses on inter-community dialogue, empathy and mutual understanding.

Entry is free. Let's be present, listen, talk and reflect together, in the spirit of Timișoara bringing people closer through culture.
