What does loneliness look like for you? How does it feel in your body when you experience it? What thoughts and images accompany it? This workshop invites you to explore, together with other young people from Generation Z, how each of us feels and understands loneliness.
The central activity is a guided imagery exercise, guided by the project's psychotherapist, in a specially designed space - a dark room, designed as a safe place for introspection and connection with your own feelings. You will be encouraged to allow yourself to be present in the state of solitude, to notice how you feel it and how it manifests in you.
Then all that you have felt takes shape through creative means - photography, text, music - in a process that opens up a frank and profound dialog about an often silent emotion.
Let's look at loneliness with courage and bring it to light together, in a space where you can feel heard, understood and less alone.
