This year, Beta marks ten years of lively dialog between architecture, city and community. Ten years in which the event has grown, evolved and evolved into a platform dedicated to the exchange of ideas, reflection and celebration of quality architecture. More than just a festival, Beta has become a space where new ways of thinking about living, building and our relationship with the city have taken shape.
Over the five editions, a physical archive has formed, almost naturally - objects preserved from installations, traces of fleeting interventions, books, textiles, fragments that, beyond their materiality, preserve memories and emotions. They are discreet witnesses to ideas, moments and people.
To mark this anniversary, but also to celebrate the city that has always been the host of this process, some of these objects are brought back to you, brought together in an interactive installation. It doesn't follow a chronology, nor an exact map - but proposes a free composition, like memory: fragmentary, random, always alive.
You can touch these objects, reorder them and perhaps, through your gestures, new connections and unexpected stories will emerge. It's an invitation to look at the city and Beta not as something finished, but as an ongoing process, always in motion.
Let's re-live, re-imagine and construct meaning together, from the fragments that brought us here.
